Oregon Community Programs (OCP) is a private nonprofit agency that has provided research-based treatment and prevention services and programs to children, youth, and families since 1983.

Comprehensive support for children and families at every stage, grounded
in research and delivered with compassion.
Individualized counseling and therapy for children, youth, and families using evidence- based treatment approaches tailored to each client’s needs.
Specialized services for children ages 0–5, focusing on early intervention and building strong developmental foundations during critical early years.
Community-based behavioral health services for youth ages 4–17, helping young people build the skills and connections they need to succeed.
Intensive support brought directly to your home, designed for families navigating complex behavioral health challenges in a familiar environment.
Evidence-based parenting groups including Parenting Through Change™ and Parent- Toddler Workshops to strengthen family relationships.
Comprehensive training, certification, and ongoing support for foster parents through programs like KEEP™ and our specialized QUEST program.

EMPLOYMENT AT OCP
We are a team of skilled therapists, clinical interns, mentors, skills trainers, and administrative staff who are also hikers, dog lovers, kayakers, DIY fanatics, travelers, bikers, photographers, and musicians. As both colleagues and friends, we enjoy working together to bring enthusiasm and a team-oriented focus to our programs and projects.
